Shipping policy 

 

We will contact you within 1 business day of receiving  your order to set a date for you to receive it. If you believe we have missed your order conformation, please send us a email using the contact us page on the website main menu. Orders are sent once a date has been confirmed between you and ourselves.

We send orders out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

If the date confirmed becomes a problem and you cant receive your order then please contact us a minimum of two days before you are due to receive to rearrange delivery. If you have not contacted us and delivery is missed then our DOA policy will be invalid as this is your responsibility when confirming the delivery date.

Once a delivery date has been confirmed we will then update you via email as soon as its sent with tracking information. We send all corals using Royal Mail special delivery next day guaranteed before 1pm.

All corals are sent in leak proof pots or bags (where applicable) and then wrapped in bubble wrap to hold heat and prevent any possible damages during transit. They will then be placed in a poly box correct for the size of the order. Inside will be a DOA sheet please follow this if any issues have occurred and a acclimation sheet to insure safe introduction of your new coral. Heat packs are also used except in the summer months were night time temperatures are due to be above 15 degrees, this is to prevent any overheating of the corals in transit.
